Exchange and return policy

Time limit You have 48 hours from the date you receive the order to request an exchange or return.

Conditions - A light trial (a few sprays) is allowed as long as the product stays in its original packaging and undamaged. - Send photos and videos showing the product's condition before the courier collects the package.

Shipping costs - If the mistake is ours, the store covers the exchange costs. - If you return it by personal choice, the customer pays the shipping fees.
